Travel Fees: North York & Downtown = Included Vaughan, Scarborough, Mississauga: 60-80km = $80 Halton Hills, Milton, Brampton, Aurora, Newmarket, Markham: 80-100km = $100 Oakville, Burlington, Guelph: 100-200km= $125 Bellville, Brighton, Peterborough, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, 200-300km = $250 St. Catherines, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Prince Edward: 300-600km = $250 + accommodate a night stay for your team

It’s ideal for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for your wedding day. - Cool & Serene: If you’re looking for a tranquil and calming setting, the Cool & Serene preset is the perfect choice. With its cool blue tones and serene atmosphere, this preset creates a peaceful and relaxed ambiance for your wedding. - Clean & Cinematic: For couples who want a modern and sleek atmosphere, the Clean & Cinematic preset offers a contemporary and elegant look. With its crisp lines and bold contrasts, this preset is perfect for a sophisticated and stylish wedding. - Natural & Pristine: If you are dreaming of a fresh and organic setting, the Natural & Pristine preset is a great option. This preset incorporates soft earthy tones and natural elements to create a rustic and dreamy atmosphere for your special day. Can we review and request edits to the final products?

You will have a 45-day window to request basic alterations to your video or photos. Please note that any extensive touch-ups or modifications beyond the scope of basic adjustments will incur additional charges.
Are there any restrictions on sharing or printing our wedding photos?

There are no restrictions; you are free to share and print your wedding photos as you wish.
Can we request specific shots or poses?

Certainly! We encourage our clients to provide us with a shot list and any specific vision they have for their special day.
How long will it take to receive our edited photos?

Typically, edited photos are delivered within 6-10 weeks. For express delivery, it can be as soon as 4-8 weeks.
Do you offer wedding albums or prints?

Yes, we offer a range of printing options including prints, canvas, and albums once your gallery is completed. They are not included in packages, however the options are budget friendly, you can check them out here: https://es.pic-time.com/#ClientsGalleries
Do you offer engagement sessions as part of your services?

Yes, we do! Each photography package has the options for engagement sessions.
How far in advance should we book our wedding photography/videography?

We recommend booking at least 8 months to 1 year in advance. However, we have accommodated clients who booked as close as 7 days before their wedding.
How many hours of coverage are included in your packages?

Our standard package includes 8 hours of coverage, although we offer flexibility for additional hours and add-ons.
How do you prefer to communicate with clients leading up to the wedding day?

We will schedule 3 calls with you during the process of your booking: Consultation Call - Quote & Contract Meet n' Greet & Prep - Meet The Team & Go Over Details + Itinerary (after booking) Finalizing The Big Day ( 14 days before your big day)
Can we customize our wedding photography or videography package?

Absolutely, our packages are fully customizable to suit your needs.
Do you require a deposit to secure our wedding date?

Yes, a non- refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required to secure your wedding date.
Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?

Apart from travel fees, there are no hidden costs.
Can we schedule a consultation or meeting before booking?

Yes, you can schedule a consultation via the 'More Info' button on our packages page.
Can we provide you with a shot list or specific instructions?

Yes, we will provide a generic shot list, and we welcome any specific instructions or preferences you may have.
Do you have backup photographers in case of emergencies?

Yes, in case of emergencies, our CEO will ensure that a replacement photographer is available to cover your event.
